Bounty Description:
ChainSafe’s gaming SDK, web3.unity, helps developers build games with blockchain connectivity and NFT-backed game assets. The SDK works on any EVM-compatible blockchain, and allows reads/writes and simplified wallet login across browser, mobile, and desktop platforms.
web3.unity recently added drag-and-drop prefabs for minting and selling NFTs directly within a game. Developers can now embed a full ERC-721/1155 NFT marketplace UI in their game to sell assets to players, or allow peer-to-peer trading. Players can also be rewarded with mintable NFTs when they complete in-game actions.
The ChainSafe Gaming team wants to see what you can build with these new NFT features. This hackathon prize is for the best game or interactive experience built with web3.unity’s embeddable NFT marketplace.
Requirements:
- Your project must use the web3.unity in-game embeddable NFT marketplace prefab
- The marketplace must include NFTs that you have created specifically for the game, and players must be capable of buying those NFTs directly from within the game through the marketplace
- Your project must have a live, deployed, public, interactive demo that can be used by judges and other hackathon participants
- Open source is preferred but not required. Code must be visible during judging
- Your project description must mention how you used the web3.unity marketplace and be hosted on GitHub pages along with a repo containing your project files for our team to review
- Your project must include a video presentation of the game and technology behind it, explaining how you used the marketplace prefab in your project
- Submit your video on either YouTube or upload it to our Google folder
